CMA draws the attention of all licensed persons to the importance of not using the official logo of the Authority in any of the official sites of the licensed persons, or in the means of advertising in any way, in order for the CMA to ensure compliance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, and the relevant laws and regulations.
