MENA – OECD Ministerial Conference

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) held its ministerial conference for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with the participation of a number of ministers and officials from different countries of the region, and with the participation of the UASA’s General Secretariat represented by the Secretary-General. The conference discussed a number of subjects of interest to the economies in the MENA region, especially those related to strengthening the principles of governance and sustainability, including support for green economy projects, achieving gender balance, enhancing disclosure and transparency, supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and motivating youth.
