Hatem Smiri Delegated Chairman of the CMF Tunisia Board.

Hatem Smiri has been appointed as the Delegated Chairman of the Tunisian Capital Market Authority. Smiri has served as a permanent member of the CMF Tunisia Board since 2021 and has taken on the role of Delegated Chairman, succeeding Salah Essayel.
He has also served as a consultant at the Administrative Court and was responsible for managing legal affairs at the Ministry of Local Affairs in Tunisia. Hatem Smiri holds a Master’s degree in Law (Public Administration and Finance) and a Master’s in Public Internal Law.
