Tarik Senhaji Chairperson and CEO of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority

Tarik Senhaji has been appointed President of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC), succeeding Nezha Hayat.Senhaji has held several prominent positions in the financial and investment sectors. He began his career at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group in Washington, before moving to London, where he gained extensive experience in several international investment banks.
He later returned to Morocco, where he headed the Moroccan Agency for Tourism Development (SMIT), then led the sovereign wealth fund “Ithmar Capital.” He went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, before being appointed to head the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
