Based on CMA Board of Commissioners' Resolution passed in its meeting No. (15) of 2017 regarding the mechanism for reviewing the financial statements of licensed persons, and the mechanism for reviewing the agendas of the general assemblies for licensed persons and companies listed in the Exchange.

The CMA amended the Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons), Module Twelve (Listing Rules), and Module Fifteen (Corporate Governance) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010.
